Mailbox Full Problems

How do you access your mail? Are you using Webmail or Outlook?

If you are using Webmail you will need to delete old messages you no longer need. Remember to "Empty Trash", because with Webmail, deleted messages are moved to the trash and remain until the trash is emptied.

If you are using Outlook; there is a setting that keeps your messages on the server. Uncheck that box (on the advanced tab is your account settings). You may be able to login via Webmail: http://yourdomain.com/webmail/
Enter  your full email address as the username! Enter your password. Manage as needed.

You can have support manually delete old messages. This is permanent and a quick fix if there isn't something stored there that you need.
