Our web hosting services are  available for purchase by credit card, PayPal or check.   We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards.

Credit cards will be charged as FLASH HQ.  FLASH HQ is the parent company of HQ Secure .com.

Monthly Term
When you order an account from us, the 1st month's hosting fee and the setup fee (if applicable) will be charged to your credit card on the same day. Subsequent monthly payments will be rged to your credit card on approximately the same day of subsequent months. 

 

Example 1:
  Order Bronze Account on January 16th
  $9.99/month
  Charges to you Card: $9.99 on January 16th
 $ 9.99 on March 16th, April 16th,   etc... 

 

Example 2:
  Order Gold Account on January 8th
  $19.95/month
  Charges to your Card: $19.99 on January 8th
   $19.99 on February 8th, March   8th, etc... 

Annual Term
When you order an account from us and choose to pay annually (the only option if you order the Starter Account), the discounted annual fee and the setup fee (if applicable) will be charged to your credit card on the same day.  Your renewal day is then assigned as the same day in the next calendar year. If your order is place on January 12th, 2003 for example, then January 12th, 2004 becomes your renewal day. If you order on January 17th, 2003, then your renewal day is February 17th, 2004. You will be sent a renewal notice approximately 2 weeks prior to your renewal day.  If you choose not to renew, your contract will expire on the renewal day, and no further charges will be made to your credit card.

Cancellation of Account(s)
Upon cancellation of an account(s), no further  charges will be made to your credit card.  If you are canceling prior to the end of your billing term (i.e. in the middle of the month, or the year if you paid for a year), there can be no refunds for that portion of the term you did not use. If you are canceling your account(s) within the first 30 days of your initial signup date, you are entitled to a full refund of your hosting fees. We cannot refund domain name registration fees under any circumstances.
